Houston American Energy to Change Name to Abundia Global Impact Group

09:06 AM EST, 11/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Houston American Energy ( HUSA ) said Tuesday it plans to change its name to Abundia Global Impact Group Inc., as well as trade under new ticker symbol AGIG on the NYSE American exchange on or about Dec. 8.

The company said the new name will better reflect its focus on sustainable fuels and energy transition technologies, after its acquisition of Abundia Global Impact Group LLC earlier in the year.

Shares of the company were up more than 3% in recent premarket activity Tuesday.
