HOUSTON, Oct 14 (Reuters) - A prominent Houston law firm
said on Monday it plans to file a lawsuit later this week
against Mexican national oil company Pemex seeking $50 million
in damages for a deadly hydrogen sulfide gas release on Thursday
that killed two workers.
"We anticipate filing our lawsuit in the next day or two,"
said Ryan Pigg, a spokesperson for Houston attorney Tony Buzbee.
"We will seek damages in excess of $50 million for the injuries
our clients sustained as a result of the release."
