03:40 PM EDT, 05/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Hovnanian Enterprises ( HOV ) said Thursday its unit K. Hovnanian ME Investments signed a memorandum of understanding with NHC, a Saudi Arabia-based property developer.

The MoU was executed on May 13 at the Saudi-US Investment Forum, the company said.

The agreement bolsters the relationship between the companies and will prioritize opportunities within NHC's real estate development projects across the nation, according to a statement.
