03:11 PM EDT, 05/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- HP (HPQ) on Monday unveiled a new line of artificial intelligence PCs, with the OmniBook X AI and EliteBook Ultra AI personal computers for AI applications.

The new computers were introduced at the Microsoft ( MSFT ) AI Vision event. Both devices are capable of running up to 45 trillion operations per second, including language models and generative AI locally on the device. The PCs use Qualcomm's ( QCOM ) Snapdragon X Elite processor and its dedicated neural processing units, HP said.

HP shares recently were about 2% higher.
