HPQ Silicon Signs New Industrial Agreement With Novacium as

12:39 PM EDT, 07/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- HPQ Silicon ( HPQFF ) on Wednesday said it signed a new industrial agreement with its French technology partner, Novacium.

HPQ will launch its own battery production operations in parallel with Novacium under the deal, accelerating its entry into the North American market.

"By moving forward with concurrent production alongside Novacium, we're positioned to deliver our own high-performance 18650 (4,000 mAh) and 21700 (6,000 mAh) batteries to the North American market by the end of Q3 2025-unlocking the full commercial value of our exclusive license," said Chief Executive Bernard Tourillon.

Shares of the company were last seen up $0.0050 at $0.155 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
