H&R Block Names Curtis Campbell as Next CEO

05:53 PM EDT, 08/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- H&R Block ( HRB ) said late Monday it named Curtis Campbell as chief executive officer, starting Jan. 1, 2026, after Jeffrey Jones notified the company of his plan to step down.

Jones will retire on Dec. 31 and will remain at the company as a strategic advisor through Sept. 2026, the company said.

Campbell is currently the president of global consumer tax and chief product officer of the company, according to a statement.
