H&R REIT Q1 FFO Slightly Lower Than In the Year Earlier Period

02:43 PM EDT, 05/14/2024 (MT Newswires) -- H&R Real Estate Investment Trust (HR-UN.TO) on Tuesday reported net operating income decreased by 3.2% compared to Q1 2023 primarily due to $460.4 million of property sales between January 1, 2023 and March 31, 2024.

Funds From Operations per unit was $0.30 per unit compared to $0.31 per unit in Q1 2023. The REIT's payout ratio as a % of FFO was 50.5% compared to 48.4% in Q1 2023.
