07:43 AM EST, 12/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- HSBC ( HSBC ) has committed to keeping its 327 branches in the UK open until at least 2027 and will increase its 2026 branch network investment by 30% to 55.8 million British pounds ($74.6 million), HSBC UK said Friday in a statement shared with MT Newswires.

The investment includes modernization of sites across the UK, including the decorative improvements at 78 locations, as well as the creation of 29 Premier Centers and two Wealth Centers, the bank added.

HSBC ( HSBC ) said around 825,000 customers visit its branches each month, with over 2 million monthly transactions conducted via self-service machines.
