05:28 PM EDT, 06/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Grupo Financiero Galicia ( GGAL ) said Tuesday that HSBC Bank (HSBC), as selling shareholder, has launched a secondary offering of about 11.7 million American depositary shares, representing 117.2 million class B ordinary shares of the company.

The selling shareholder will receive all of the proceeds from the offering, the company said.
