10:19 AM EDT, 09/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- HSBC Holdings ( HSBC ) on Tuesday reported results of its tender offers for several subordinated notes.

The company said about $127.5 million of its 7.625% subordinated notes due 2032, $30.1 million of its 7.35% subordinated notes due 2032, $209.4 million of its 6.5% subordinated notes due 2036 and $142.8 million of its 6.8% subordinated notes due 2038 were validly tendered and accepted as of the early tender date of 5 pm New York time on Monday, the company said.

HSBC ( HSBC ) said the total consideration for the offers amounted to about $580 million.
