HSIL sees EBITDA growth around 20 percent in the next 12-18 months

HSIL wants to expand the capacity, which is at a level of 80 percent to 85 percent, in order to reach the higher level of turnovers in the pipes business, CFO Sandeep Sikka. said is buzzing in trade on the back of a good set of Q3 numbers. The company says their new capacity boosted results.

“On the glass side, one of the furnaces which shutdown 4-5 years back, we restarted that furnace in January last year and the volumes have started picking up and we also have been able to renegotiate our contract with most of the customers and we see the upside in the bottomline,” he added.

He further said that EBITDA growth seen around 20 percent in the next 12-18 months.

“The overall business strategy has been fairly successful. One of the key highlight which I would like to bring here is Hindware used be a bathroom brand and now it has been very well accepted even outside the bathroom and today with the success of consumer products we are now second largest sellers of kitchen hoods and hobs and chimneys in India,” said Sikka.
