Hub Cyber Security Enters Agreement to Purchase BlackSwan Technologies in Stock-for-Stock Deal

10:51 AM EST, 01/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Hub Cyber Security ( HUBC ) said Thursday it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire cybersecurity company BlackSwan Technologies in a stock-for-stock deal.

Financial details weren't provided.

Under terms of the agreement, following the deal's completion, expected next week, BlackSwan's shareholders will own about 31% of the merged entity on a fully diluted basis.

The companies have been collaborating for the last six months to close new contracts in "critical" use cases, including regulatory technology, HUB Cyber Security ( HUBC ) said.
