12:09 PM EDT, 09/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Hudson Global ( HSON ) said Thursday it will change its corporate name to Star Equity Holdings, starting Friday.

The company said its common stock ticker on Nasdaq will change to STRR while its 10% series A cumulative perpetual preferred stock will trade under the STRRP ticker.

The rebranding follows Hudson Global's ( HSON ) Aug. 22 merger with Star Operating Companies, formerly known as Star Equity Holdings, which is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, Hudson Global ( HSON ) said.
