Hudson Pacific Properties Q3 Adjusted Funds From Operations, Revenue Decrease

09:24 AM EST, 11/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Hudson Pacific Properties ( HPP ) reported Q3 adjusted funds from operations Wednesday of $0.03 per diluted share, down from $0.11 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.02.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $186.6 million, down from $200.4 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $184.3 million.

The company said it expects Q4 FFO of $0.01 to $0.05 per diluted share. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $0.04.

The company's shares were up 1.9% in recent premarket activity Wednesday.
