06:02 AM EDT, 07/31/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Hudson Technologies ( HDSN ) said late Tuesday that Brian Bertaux has taken over as the company's chief financial officer, effective immediately.

He succeeds Nat Krishnamurti, who is leaving the company to pursue other endeavors.

Bertaux previously spent 20 years at Trex (TREX), serving in increasing responsibility and eventually as interim president of Trex commercial products.
