05:58 PM EST, 12/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Hudson Technologies ( HDSN ) reported late Wednesday the acquisition of Refrigerants, a reclaimer and refrigerant distributor in Denver, Colorado, for an initial purchase price of $2.5 million.

Hudson said it expects the acquisition to expand its recovery network and geographic footprint. It also said the acquisition is immaterial to its financial results.
