09:02 AM EDT, 06/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Huhutech International ( HUHU ) said Thursday that it entered into a share purchase agreement to acquire all of the equity interests of Huhu Technologies Deutschland from sole investor Zhi Zhang for 25 million euros ($29.3 million).

The acquisition was completed on May 7, after which Huhu Deutschland became Huhutech's ( HUHU ) wholly-owned German subsidiary, the company said.
