Humana Completes $2.25 Billion Debt Offering

05:31 PM EDT, 03/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Humana (HUM) said Wednesday that it completed its public offering of $2.25 billion of senior notes.

The offering comprises $1.25 billion of 5.375% senior notes due 2031 at 99.940% of the principal amount and $1 billion of 5.750% senior notes due 2054 at 99.949% of the principal amount, the company said.

Humana expects net proceeds of about $2.23 billion, which it plans to use for general corporate purposes.
