12:22 PM EDT, 08/29/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Humana (HUM) said Thursday it has teamed up with Evergreen Nephrology to introduce a kidney care program for people living with chronic kidney disease and end-stage kidney disease.

Humana Medicare Advantage members who qualify for the program will now have access to Evergreen professionals who work together in partnership with their nephrologist to provide individualized, whole-person care, the company said.
