09:06 AM EDT, 08/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Humana (HUM) said Wednesday it is partnering with Vori Health and HOPCo to expand support for Medicare Advantage members with musculoskeletal conditions, building on its existing collaboration with TailorCare.

Eligible members will gain access to care coordination teams that work closely with their primary care providers to improve health outcomes.

Vori Health services are now available nationwide to group Medicare Advantage members, while HOPCo is serving individual members in Arizona through its musculoskeletal care network, the company said. It added that TailorCare is already active in Atlanta and will expand to Dallas in November 2025 and Denver in January 2026.
