12:00 PM EDT, 09/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Humana (HUM) and Interwell Health said Tuesday they have expanded their value-based care deal to include Florida.

The agreement supports eligible Humana Medicare Advantage members with chronic kidney disease, or CKD, and end-stage kidney disease, or ESKD, the companies said.

Interwell's value-based support services are now available for eligible CKD members in 14 states and for ESKD members in 39 states, the companies added.
