12:04 PM EDT, 03/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Humana (HUM) said Wednesday it is teaming up with digital health company DUOS to launch a health-care program for Louisiana veterans with chronic conditions and who are covered by Humana Medicare Advantage plans.

Under the program that runs until the end of the year, DUOS will help participants complete an assessment of health-related needs and goals before they are matched with benefits and resources available through their plan, the health-insurance company said.

Terms of the collaboration weren't disclosed.
