03:14 AM EST, 03/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Humana (HUM) said late Thursday it priced its public offering of $1 billion fixed-to-fixed rate junior subordinated notes due 2056 at 100% of the principal amount.

The company expects to raise net proceeds of about $986 million from the offering, which is anticipated to close on or about March 9.

Humana aims to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes.
