06:21 AM EDT, 07/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Humana (HUM) reported Q2 adjusted earnings Wednesday of $6.27 per diluted share, down from $6.96 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $5.92.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $32.39 billion, compared with $29.54 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $31.87 billion.

The company increased its 2025 adjusted EPS guidance to approximately $17 from about $16.25. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $16.36.

It also raised full-year revenue guidance to at least $128 billion, compared with its previous outlook range of $126 billion to $128 billion. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $126.73 billion.

Humana shares were up 5.1% in recent premarket activity.
