07:01 AM EDT, 10/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Humana (HUM) reported Q3 adjusted earnings Wednesday of $4.16 per diluted share, down from $7.78 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $3.39.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $29.40 billion, up from $26.42 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $28.65 billion.

The company said it now expects 2024 adjusted EPS to be at least $16. That compares with about $16 previously. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expect $16.16.
