10:39 AM EST, 02/04/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Huntington Bancshares' ( HBAN ) Huntington National Bank unit selected Ameriprise Financial ( AMP ) as its new retail investment program provider.

Huntington will shift support of its retail brokerage, investment advisory, and insurance services to Ameriprise's Financial Institutions Group from the Huntington Financial Advisors business unit.

The change is intended to modernize services and enhance the delivery of personalized financial advice to customers, the companies said Wednesday in a statement.

Huntington shares rose 2.9% in Wednesday trading, and Ameriprise gained 3%.
