Huntington Ingalls Awarded $75 Million Contract from US Navy to Develop Training Systems for Sailors

12:27 PM EDT, 10/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Huntington Ingalls Industries ( HII ) said Wednesday it was awarded a $75 million contract by the US Navy to support its integrated training systems.

Under the task order, Huntington's mission technologies division will create interfaces to help sailors train while at their shipboard weapons systems console, the company said.

The work will be done in Virginia Beach, Va., Huntington Ingalls said.
