01:00 PM EDT, 03/12/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Huntington Ingalls Industries ( HII ) said all five collective bargaining units at the Ingalls Shipbuilding division ratified new agreements.

The contracts include an immediate base-wage increase of at least 18% for union-represented shipbuilders, the company said Thursday in a statement.

The agreement "provides historic wage growth of 35% to 47% through 2031," the company said.
