Huntsman Prices $350 Million Offering of Senior Notes Due 2034

05:34 PM EDT, 09/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Huntsman (HUN) said late Tuesday that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Huntsman International, has priced a $350 million offering of 5.7% senior notes due 2034 at 99.64% of their principal amount.

Huntsman expects the offering to close on Sept. 26.

The company said it plans to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes such as debt repayment.
