Hurco Temporarily Suspends Quarterly Dividend -- Shares Tumble Pre-Bell

09:01 AM EDT, 06/14/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Hurco ( HURC ) said Friday that it is temporarily suspending its regular quarterly cash dividend on its common stock, effective immediately.

The company said the move aims "to enhance its financial flexibility and improve its ability to manage market volatility."

Hurco ( HURC ) said it can not guarantee it will resume paying cash dividends.

Shares of the company were down more than 15% in recent premarket activity.
