11:21 AM EST, 11/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Huron Consulting ( HURN ) said Tuesday it has acquired the payor consulting services division of AXIOM Systems to expand its capabilities in the payor ecosystem.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

As part of the deal, about 40 AXIOM employees have joined Huron, the company said.

Huron shares were 1.4% lower in recent trading.
