Financial details weren't disclosed.

The company also said it has agreed to collaborate with Halpin Partnership, a UK-based management consultancy specializing in higher education fundraising, governance, and strategy.

Shares of Huron Consulting ( HURN ) were up 1.2% in recent Wednesday trading.
