10:45 AM EDT, 05/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Hutchmed ( HCM ) said Friday its chariman and executive director, Simon To, is retiring.

The company appointed non-executive director Dan Eldar as the new chairman, starting Friday. Eldar also serves as executive director of Hutchison Water Israel, an associate of CK Hutchison group, the company said.

Hutchmed ( HCM ) said its board has appointed To as strategic adviser, and he will continue to contribute to significant company matters.
