Total revenue for the six months ended June 30 was $277.7 million, compared with $305.7 million a year earlier.

As of June 30, the company said it had $1.36 billion in cash and cash equivalents and short-term investments compared with $836.1 million as of Dec. 31.

The company's shares were down 3.3% in recent premarket activity.
