HWH International Shares Slump After Pricing of $1.8 Million Offering

11:34 AM EST, 01/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- HWH International ( HWH ) shares slumped more than 35% in recent Friday trading after it priced its public offering of about 3.2 million common shares at $0.40 per share and about 1.3 million pre-funded warrants to purchase common shares at $0.3999 per warrant.

The company expects to raise gross proceeds of about $1.8 million from the offering, which is set to close on or about Monday, it said in a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
