05:15 AM EST, 02/17/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Hyatt Hotels ( H ) said Monday that Executive Chairman Thomas Pritzker will retire, effective immediately.

Mark Hoplamazian, the company's president and chief executive, has been named to succeed Pritzker as chairman.

Pritzker has served as executive chairman since August 2004.
