11:15 AM EDT, 08/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Hyatt Hotels ( H ) said Thursday it has appointed Kinsey Wolf as chief accounting officer, effective immediately.

Wolf has served as the company's vice president of Americas finance since August 2023, the company said in a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

Hyatt Hotels ( H ) shares were up 2.4% in recent trading.
