02:52 PM EDT, 05/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Hyatt Hotels ( H ) said Thursday it plans to open Casa Duhau, a 52-key luxury property in Mendoza, Argentina, under its Unbound Collection brand.

The hotel is expected to begin construction by late 2025 and open in late 2027. It will be developed in partnership with the Scalesciani family, owners of Palacio Duhau - Park Hyatt Buenos Aires, and the David family of Mendoza.

Shares of Hyatt were up nearly 3% in recent trading.
