Hyatt to acquire Playa Hotels for $2.6 billion

Feb 10 (Reuters) - Hyatt Hotels ( H ) said on Monday it

would acquire Playa Hotels & Resorts ( PLYA ) for about $2.6

billion including debt, net of cash.
