Hyatt to sell Playa's real estate portfolio to Tortuga Resorts

June 30 (Reuters) - Hyatt said on Monday that it

would sell the entirety of Playa Hotels' owned real estate

portfolio, which it had bought in February, to Tortuga Resorts

for $2 billion.
