07:08 AM EDT, 04/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Hydro One ( HRNNF ) overnight Tuesday said Tim Hodgson resigned from his position as chair of the board after winning a seat in parliament in this week's federal election as a Liberal candidate in Ontario, Canada.

Susan Wolburgh Jenah will continue to serve as interim chair of the board and as chair of the governance and regulatory committee. Its board has launched a process to select a new chair.

Shares of the company closed up 0.6% to $51.87 on Tuesday on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
