08:37 AM EDT, 08/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Hydro One ( HRNNF ) said Thursday that it appointed Harry Taylor as interim president and CEO as David Lebeter takes a temporary compassionate care leave starting Aug. 25.

Taylor will continue to serve as executive vice president and chief financial and regulatory officer, the company said.

The company also said Michael Rencheck joined the board of directors.
