Hydro One Strikes Tentative Agreements With Power Workers' Union

06:09 AM EDT, 05/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Hydro One ( HRNNF ) , trading shy of 52-week highs, late on Monday said it has reached a tentative agreement with the Power Workers' Union for two collective agreements covering employees in front-line roles across the company's Ontario operations.

Negotiations covered the renewal of the main collective agreement and the customer service operations collective agreement.

Both tentative agreements remain subject to ratification by the union's members. When ratified, the agreements will be effective Oct. 1.

Hydro One ( HRNNF ) is Ontario's largest electricity transmission and distribution provider, serving 1.5 million customers.
