11:58 AM EDT, 10/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Hydrofarm Holdings Group ( HYFM ) said Thursday that Chief Executive and Chairman Bill Toler will retire as CEO and become executive chairman, starting Jan. 1, 2025.

Chief Financial Officer John Lindeman will become the new CEO while Chief Accounting Officer Kevin O'Brien will succeed Lindeman as CFO, the company said.

The company also said Corporate Controller Erica Ackerman will assume the additional role of chief accounting officer, succeeding O'Brien, while Executive Vice President of Sales and Business Development Mark Parker will become president.

Hydrofarm ( HYFM ) shares were down 1.5% in recent trading.
