01:30 PM EDT, 08/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- HydroGraph Clean Power ( HGRAF ) shares fell 19% on Wednesday after it signed a lease for a new 20,000-square-foot headquarters facility in Austin, Texas, which will replace its current space.

The company said the new headquarters will serve as its "central hub for graphene production and commercialization in the United States." It expects the facility to be operational by February 2026 and expects to employ 30 people at the site by 2027, subject to business needs and market conditions.

There are no material terms to the lease.

Shares of the company were last seen down $0.36 at $1.49 on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
