07:51 AM EST, 12/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- HydroGraph Clean Power ( HGRAF ) which manufactures "pristine" graphene and other nanomaterials, increased the size of its non-brokered private placement to $3.5 million, from the previous $2 million.

HydroGraph may further boost the offering by up to 30%.

The company will issue units priced at $0.16 each. Each unit will consist of one share and half of one warrant. Each 36-month warrant can buy a share at $0.24.

Proceeds will be used to develop the Graphene Engineering Innovation Center.

The offering is expected to close by Dec. 11.
