09:10 AM EDT, 10/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Hyliion Holdings ( HYLN ) said Wednesday that it signed a letter of intent with ANA for the deployment of Karno generators for mobile power generation.

The company said ANA plans to procure up to six Karno generators for a pilot trial and initial deployment will include one 200kW unit in 2025. Five more units will be deployed at various sites after validation, Hyliion ( HYLN ) added.

The partnership will be formalized in a binding agreement outlining responsibilities and volume commitments, potentially leading to exclusive collaboration on hybrid power services for the rental market, Hyliion ( HYLN ) said.
