09:49 AM EDT, 08/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Hyliion ( HYLN ) said Monday it has signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding with Jardine Engineering to jointly explore the potential of Hyliion's ( HYLN ) Karno generator in Asia.

The companies will collaborate on business opportunities in Hong Kong, Macau, and other markets where Jardine Engineering operates, Hyliion ( HYLN ) said.

The Karno generator is able to use various fuels, such as hydrogen, natural gas, biogas, and propane, to produce electricity, the company said.

Financial details were not disclosed.
