10:29 AM EDT, 10/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Hyperfine (HYPR) said Monday its distribution partner UpCare Europe SAS was awarded a national referencing by France's public hospital purchasing group, Union des Hopitaux pour les Achats, or UniHA, allowing more than 1,500 hospitals to buy Hyperfine's Swoop portable MRI systems over the next three years.

The company said the agreement, which takes effect Nov. 2, is expected to eliminate the need for hospitals to conduct separate tenders when purchasing the systems. Hyperfine said this is the first time portable brain MRI technology has been included in UniHA's framework.

The company said the selection expands its presence in Europe.

Shares of the company were up more than 14% in recent trading.
