10:21 AM EDT, 04/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Hyster-Yale Materials Handling ( HY ) said Tuesday it will change its corporate name to Hyster-Yale and its subsidiary Hyster-Yale Group will become Hyster-Yale Materials Handling ( HY ).

These changes are expected to be effective at the close of business on May 31, the company said.
